Synergy Streams LLC Return Policy

Please find below points to understand our refund policy.

We will not be able to make any refunds (or make a partial refund) if:

1.Customer who is unable to set-up their own device

We will provide our support to set up their devices, however, because we do not know about the circumstances with their device, our support is limited pre-defined steps for configurations.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS

You have to read and agree to the Terms of Service. 

After you order, there is NO REFUND.

Once you have purchased the service plan, there is no way to "return" it.

3.Auto Pay cancelation

If you wish to cancel your Auto Pay subscription, you will need to do so through your PayPal account. Cancelling through the Synergy Streams app will not cancel PayPal AutoPay.

For your reference-

"On your PayPal account, go to your account settings, select "financial information," then click "manage automatic payments." Find the active payments you want to stop and click "cancel."
